3rd week at lake tahoe

This is our third week at the wonderful Lake Tahoe. On sunday we had to say good bye to two of our crew members. Rob and Böhmi returned to Austria, so we spent another day at San Francisco. There we checked out China Town and tried some “typical” chines sushi! 🙂 Jasmin and Rudi are now fully settled down and adapted to the California time zone. The last few days we were riding at Sierra & Northstar and did some filming at a grungy junk yard. At Sierra Rudi messed up his board on a box, where a screw pointed out.

When he complained about the scratch he got to know the General Manager of Sierra, John Rice. They went for a Breakfast the next morning, Sierra fixed his board and John showed us around a little bit in Sierra.Finally the Sierra stuff took us to a secret spot where a shooting for the next Transworld cover was going on. We were so stoked about how friendly the guys were and how sick the setup was. Thanks to John and Cameron and the guys for showing us around. Today we checkt out some other spot on the way to Sierra. During our search for the spot we got suprised by a small brown bear which stumped around in the wood. But “Bruno the bear” was peacefull and just posed for some shots 🙂 For the next days we expect a storm hitting Lake Tahoe, which will probably bring us some fresh snow.
